This section is dedicated to our suppliers who we ask to fill in the form below with their data and to accept the three models: Code of Ethics, General Organisational Model 231 and Supplier Code of Conduct.
The supplier/professional is aware that Brandart has adopted a Code of Ethics and an organisational, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and undertakes to respect its contents. Failure to comply with this commitment will constitute a serious breach of contract. If the supplier/professional or any of his collaborators violates the precepts described in the aforementioned documents, as well as in the event of the commission of predicate offenses under Legislative Decree 231/2001 by the supplier/professional or any of his collaborators, Brandart S.p.a. may terminate this contract with notice to be sent by registered mail with return receipt. or PEC. The termination will have immediate effect from the date of receipt of the communication, without prejudice to any compensation for damages.
